Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was a real home away from home, with a nice kitchen, living room, and spacious bedroom, but the check-in delay was a bit inconvenient for the family with a small child. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location was excellent with easy access to the harbor, shopping, and restaurants. The dining experience was mixed, with a need for improvement in breakfast options.
Upon arrival, our room was not ready until 4 pm, when the check-in time was 3 pm, which was inconvenient, especially with a small child. The layout featured a long diagonal hall connecting the public hallway to our kitchen area. The room contained either a king-size bed or two doubles, along with additional amenities like a second flat-screen TV, nightstands, clock, dresser, and a large closet with mirrored doors, making it spacious and accommodating for a family stay. However, I have experienced quicker check-ins at other hotels.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was nice, with a full kitchen and great views, but it wasn't ready on time and had a stale smoke smell. The service was top-notch with attentive staff, especially Sam in the breakfast room. The location was perfect for exploring, although the elevator issues were a bit frustrating. The dining options were better than expected, but there were some letdowns like cold eggs and an aging toaster.
